Over a hundred years of history in Milan's automotive sector
Autorigoldi S.p.A. is one of the historic names in the Italian dealership landscape. Its story began in 1906, when Giovanni Rigoldi started the business in Milan; the company grew to become a benchmark for Volkswagen Group brands.
Volkswagen came on board in 1960; that same year the company became a Porsche dealership and, later, an Audi dealership. Since 2015 it has been the exclusive Škoda dealer. Today it operates sales locations, service centers and a modern parts distribution center.
Documents, invoicing and data collection to automate
Autorigoldi needed document management integrated with DMS CROSS2 and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, to automate the collection and management of information from the various company applications, and fully integrate electronic invoicing through the SDI exchange system.
The goal was to digitize the collection of information from the moment it enters the company, using smart devices, automating repetitive tasks on documents, fines, new and used vehicle sales, and vehicle loan agreements.
